Here is my latest drawing Memento Mori II. It was exhibited in Chicago this month at ‘Dissecting Art, Intersecting Anatomy’ gallery show.
This pencil drawing is based on the mexican Day of the Dead tradition of depicting the beautiful woman (Catrina) as a skull, representing the fact that death comes to us all, rich, poor or beautiful.
